What You’ll Do
Build & Grow Your Business
  • Own your book: Prospect, pitch, and close new shipper accounts to scale your portfolio.
  • Drive daily sales activity: Make high-volume outbound calls to engage leads and convert opportunities.
  • Deliver smart logistics solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored freight strategies.
Execute with Excellence
  • Manage the full shipment lifecycle from quoting to delivery and follow-up.
  • Strengthen carrier partnerships: Negotiate, coordinate, and build relationships that ensure reliable capacity.
  • Handle RFPs & credit requests to keep deals moving smoothly.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure world-class service and operational success.
Leverage Best-In-Class Tools
  • Use modern sales and logistics technology—including TAI TMS—to streamline workflow, track activity, and maximize productivity.
